Retour vers le futur
01 oct. 2008It's to improve my french fellows' english skills! (Kidding, it's just to be a pain in the ass.)
Well then, I'm back in Dublin until Christmas Holiday (going back skiing in the Alps... I'll be strong, I won't cry!)
So my trip took place on the 25 of september. It was to last around one hour and a half, and instead, I got a 5 hours flight. Err... Almost.
Let me explain... For once, I was on time at the airport, so I could check in without being in a rush (especially as the flight was 20 minutes late). Then I took on board, settled as cosily as I could. Which actually means that I read almost all the trip. The plane took off, it was nice...
After around 45 minutes of flight, captain (from cockpit) told us that the radar in London (or wherever) was down, and that the air space above the UK was forbidden. So, we flew in circle above the Channel for several minutes (Asher is dying!), before going back the Rennes and landed. There we filled the fuel tank again (greens say thanks), and waited for almost two hours there, aboard.

After Asher was safe, the british radar fixed (and the book almost finished), we took of again and, this time, landed in Dublin. Eh, at least I've seen a sunset on board, from above the clouds!
